Sieve flour, semolina and soda-bi-carbonate in a bowl. Add to the curd mixture. Add milk and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into 20 small balls. Preheat oven at 160° C. Place the balls 5 cm apart on non.stick tawa. Press each ball with you tumb and garnish with pistachio and cardamom powder. Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes on lower rack. Serve with tea/coffee. Notice pk: I used butter, my dough was to soft to make balls so I formed little pices with two teaspoons. I got 50 to 60 small pieces. I baked them for only 15 minutes, nice taste, not spicy, next time I will add some other flavours like chokolate, mango or vanilla =====
