Die von mir auf dieser Seite bereitgestellte topographische Deutschlandkarte steht unter der CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 Lizenz (englische Lizenz).

Die Karte besteht aus zwei getrennten Teilen. Ein Teil sind Kartenkacheln mit Kartendaten aus Openstreetmap, der andere Teil sind Kacheln mit Höhenlinien, deren Daten aus SRTM und von Viewfinderpanoramas kommen.

Beide Teile sind strikt getrennt, daher bildet die Gesamtkarte ein "Collective Work" im Sinne der CC-Lizenz.

Die Daten der Kartenkacheln unterliegen der Lizenz CC-BY-SA.

Die Daten aus SRTM sind Public Domain.

Die Daten von Viewfinderpanoramas unterliegen den "Terms of use" auf dieser Seite.

Der Mapsource-Installer unterliegt der hier genannten Lizenz.
